A refreshing approach to yoga & fitness

Looking for ways to strengthen the mind and body? Have you heard that yoga can make you calmer and happier? Would you like to learn from teachers that love yoga but don’t take themselves too seriously? Then please give us a try!

We believe that yoga provides the perfect tonic to our ever changing lives.

In the wake of our current global situation, people are based at home and might need a healthy outlet.

We are basing our business now on live streaming, and recording as many videos as we can to build a library of:

  • Strength based yoga
  • Calming stretch yoga
  • Cardio training
  • Kids and family yoga
  • Private streaming for corporates, organisations, and teachers

LATEST UPDATE

We will be running all of our classes online, via Zoom. These classes will also be filmed and added into our Video Library after the class.

We will also be offering kids 30 minute yoga classes while the kids are off school.

This will be on a subscription basis only. Cost will be £10 per month, per household. Those who have remaining block bookings or class passes will be credited accordingly.

“Shannon and Tim are very friendly and supportive yoga instructors and give a good balanced session. I am only a novice, but I do not feel out of place. Keep up the good work.”
