We are basing our business now on a mix of studio classes, live streaming, and video recordings of the following:
- Strength based yoga and calming stretch yoga
- Cardio training (HIIT)
- Specialist programmes (Yoga for runners, kids, skiers/boarders)
We provide private classes for corporates, organisations, small groups and individuals.

YogaTonic UK has been set up by Tim and Shannon Phillis who both have a RYT200 teacher qualification from YogaLondon, specialising in a dynamic vinyasa flow style (based on Ashtanga vinyasa). Classes can be tailored to suit peoples yoga levels: Sports yoga, beginners, strength and power yoga. We also offer regular yoga classes to local business and schools, from Slough, High Wycombe to Marlow and Maidenhead helping support health and wellness initiatives.
