Yoga Studio

Yoga Studio – Cookham

We’ve certainly missed having our face to face classes with our yoga students! With the easing of lockdown, we are able to offer a selection of yoga classes outside in the fresh air.

As a home yoga studio we offer our yoga classes outside on our deck, overlooking Cookham Moor. Based between Maidenhead and Marlow, our local yoga classes give you the opportunity to enjoy a regular yoga practice, face to face with a yoga teacher.

Presently, we offer 5 vinyasa flow yoga classes on the deck for people to join.  As the weather gets better and it is generally warmer, we will add our yin yoga class to the deck schedule.

All of our classes are open level; so people starting yoga through to those that have been doing yoga for longer are welcome.

To join any of live yoga classes on the deck you can book below.

For people that would like to join the live class, but do not live locally, you can either drop in for a live online yoga class or subscribe via with our Premium subscription to gain access to all our live online yoga classes.

Yoga class schedule

If you are joining our classes, if possible, please bring your own mat. If this is not possible, don’t worry, we have plenty and make sure to clean after each class.

We look forward to seeing you for yoga on the deck soon!

FAQ's

  • Yes. Bookwhen is our booking system for when you want to book either “in person” classes or one-off Zoom classes. We have a separate system if you are a monthly subscriber or have purchased a video package. You can log in by clicking the “Login (online videos)” button on top. Soon we will have an integrated, slick system but it needs to be rolled out in phases.

  • If you are a monthly subscriber, you need to log in by clicking the “Login (online videos)” button on top. From there you can just join the class from the Live Streaming page.

If you would like to try a class and book a one-off Zoom class, you can sign up via our Bookwhen system. Your confirmation email will have the details of the Zoom link, ID and password.

Clear as mud. Again, we are constantly investigating a better IT solution.

  • If you only do 1 class a week and you only plan on coming to the in person classes for now, cancel your Premium membership by logging in and going to My Account page to cancel – your membership will still be active until the expiry date.

If you plan on doing a hybrid of online and “in person” classes, I would keep the Premium membership and book deck classes individually via Bookwhen as well. It’s up to you.

If you like our videos such as our Summer Tone Up or 30 day challenge, you might want to subscribe to our “Videos only” membership. But first cancel your Premium membership, otherwise the system might bill you twice.

Again, looking for that IT system that fits our exact needs (my other job is a IT business analyst – so this process pains me).
