Since launching the SkiFit programme in October 2019 thee has been a good level of interest from publications within the skiing industry and in broader media publications.
Below are some of the publications where SkiFit has been featured in the media.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Family SkiFit Programme
In January 2020 our Family SkiFit programme was launched so that families can get ready for their holiday together. The Fall-Line Skiing magazine featured us in their Family Issue in the month of launch.
Our 3 x 30 minute videos include short yoga stretching, cardio, partner yoga and mindfulness. Each section has been kept brief to ensure everyone’s attention is kept. We certainly enjoyed filming the videos and are sure you will too!

SkiFit Workshop at Snozone, Milton Keynes
Read about our FREE family SkiFIt workshop, 25th January at the Snozone in Milton Keynes as featured in PlanetSki earlier this month.
The workshop proved popular with the room nearly full. We look forward to hosting more workshops for the 2020/1 season.

SkiFit yoga programme featured in OM Yoga magazine
A great way to start the new year (January 2020) on a few accounts……
Firstly, we managed to get a few days of skiing over the New Year with blue skies and great snow.
Secondly, our SkiFit programme has been featured in January’s edition of Om Yoga Magazine! If you go to pages 38-40 you can read our recommended poses that will build strength and balance in preparation for the time on the mountains.
Both Shannon and I feel extremely fortunate that two of our passions are able to integrate so well with each other….
If you have any comments or thoughts we’d love to hear from you.

‘Tried and Tested Review’ by those in the know – Fall-Line Skiing
In the November Powder Issue of Fall-Line Skiing our SkiFit programme was featured under the ‘Tried and Tested’ section of the magazine.
Some quotes in the article which are pretty spot on,” ‘Oh! They look normal. Indeed their style is ‘sensible sporty’ rather than ‘unattainably tone-tastic.’ They smile often and aren’t overly polished.”
We were really pleased with the verdict – ‘An accessible and effective way to prepare for winter – as long as you are motivated and prepared to stick to the schedule. Excellent value too – this 6 course of 18 videos can be streamed multiple times with no expiry date and you can repeat the sessions as many times as you like.’
Thanks for the review Fall-Line!

Thanks for the write up MuddyStilettos Berkshire…..the summary pretty much sums us up…..
“If you like to do yoga for exercise and time out without contemplating your navel, then YogaTonicUK is the place for you. SKi and boarding bunnies, take note, there’s even a unique programme to get you slope ready…

I (Tim) had a lovely start to the morning, on 3rd November, speaking with Debbie McGee on BBC Radio Berkshire.
Over the course of the interview we chatted about the ‘Yoga Block’ challenge where you hold a block for 9 minutes in one position and then onto the SkiFit programme.
We had a lovely chat – but unfortunately it is no longer available on BBC Sounds.

Ski well
Cathy Murhphy featured our SkiFit programme on October 27th in the Irish, The Sunday Business Post under the title ‘Ski well.’
