A few things….
- No yoga experience necessary and good for all levels of fitness.
- All you need is a mat.

With over 100 recorded classes and 17 live streamed classes each week, we believe that your colleagues, pupils and their families can stay active at this time.
Like our family, we have different interests – that is why we offer a range of different classes from 15 – 60 minutes, yoga to kids yoga as well as 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions.

We (Tim and Shannon) are both 200 hour RYT’s. Tim is also a Level 2 Gym Instructor.
