We hope you enjoy our cycling themed, yoga for kids class. Shannon and Max had lots of fun preparing and filming it.

Whether you are young or a bit older, we really believe it is important to keep active – doing something you enjoy; it doesn’t matter what it is, so long as you are getting out and about. It could be yoga, cycling – or both!

If you haven’t tried yoga before, then this a great beginners yoga class for children. 

You may notice 2 Frog Bikes are featured have been included in the background. Our son has had several Frog Bikes growing up and has loved the fun and adventures they have taken him on.
