We call them ‘weekly’ packages but you can access sessions in your own time, and as many times as you want.

The videos include a 5 Day Fitness Challenge, as well as pre and post skiing stretches that you can try whilst in the mountains. Get ready for the mountains

3 classes – 1 1/2 hours of video

The programme is a great way to get ready for your next family skiing holiday. In each of the 3 thirty minute videos you are guided through a yoga warm up, cardio conditioning followed by some partner yoga and finishing with a short mindfulness.session. We believe these sessions are a great way to build excitement and prepare for the holiday ahead together as a family.

Our programme will get you ready for the season ahead – building your cardio fitness as well as your balance and flexibility. Each class builds on the previous one, so when you reach the final session we really think you will notice the improvements. The guided meditation offers positive visualization techniques you may need when trying something more challenging on the mountain.

First and foremost, we are both passionate skiers. Shortly after starting to teach yoga, we have offered SkiFit yoga classes at our studio from October through to Easter. Our students have found the classes not only enjoyable, but beneficial for their skiing. For the 2019/2020 season we want to help more people make the most of their time in the mountains.

We believe that this programme is truly unique as it combines our experience as yoga teachers whilst also introducing cardiovascular conditioning and mindfulness elements. The cardio sessions combine the focus on building strength and endurance with agility, whilst the yoga classes help develop a greater sense of balance and flexibility. On skiing holidays, we often take ourselves out of our comfort zone; the mindfulness and mediation sessions provide a framework for overcoming potential challenges.

We believe that by getting prepared for your holiday, it will enable you to ski better and more confidently, but also reduce the risk of picking up an injury.

We hope you enjoy our 6 week online programme with the different sessions included. With over 6 hours of videos to follow, we really believe the programme will ensure you are ready for your holiday.

Importantly, when you buy the 6 week package, you can repeat the classes as many times as you like, or have time for – they are yours forever.  We will be adding to the content available so, if you want to be kept up to date please sign up for our regular email update (sign up below).
