Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or are inquisitive to give it a try, then YogaTonic UK is for you.
We believe that yoga provides the perfect tonic to the busy lives we lead today, whilst also complementing any other sporting interests you may have.
YogaTonic UK is Tim and Shannon Phillis who both have a RYT200 teacher qualification from YogaLondon, specialising in a dynamic vinyasa flow style (based on Ashtanga vinyasa). Classes can be tailored to suit peoples yoga levels: Sports yoga, beginners, strength and power yoga.
Our speciality is sports-related yoga. However, you don't have to be into sport to enjoy our classes. Just come to get fit. We do group classes in our home gym in Cookham Village. We do private classes - both group and individual, designing a programme that meets specific goals.
We believe that yoga can be a training session on its own but instead of just focussing the body, it also focusses the mind improving overall well being.
If you think you need to be flexible, think again. Come to our classes and you will find out that your yoga teachers aren't super flexible either. After years of running (read: tight hamstrings) and working in the corporate world (tight shoulders/sore back), you will see that yoga can be practiced by all body types.
